one of our first renovation projects in costa rica, this multi unit residential project has kept evolving over the last 5 years with dwela involved in all aspects. we instantly became friends with the owner and have helped transform a few auxiliary areas into useful, beautiful, comfortable spaces that drive property value up and increase rental potential.

The extra garage spaces were the first to be converted into apartments for family in town and as extra rental income spaces. we then build onto the pool terrace to have a rancho for the main house on the second floor and simultaneously a covered terrace below for the apartment. the wastewater and stormwater management were addressed in the final landscaping phase, which really tied the whole project together and makes it feel like paradise, within paradise.
