our first project in Cameroon was completed after only one year from the schematic design phase. we started out with only 5 floors but expanded to 7 and added a penthouse suite and underground parking. we usually dont fill the entire site with a building footprint, but in this urban setting it was required so we made up with it by adding an accessible green roof over the entrance and on the penthouse level overlooking Yaounde.
